Refund Policy

  1. Free Trial Class
    We offer one free trial class to new students so they can experience our programs before committing to a membership or one-time event. This trial class is provided at no charge.
  2. No Refunds for Missed Classes or Events
    We do NOT offer refunds for missed classes (or events). If a student is unable to attend one or more scheduled sessions, there will be no compensation classes or make-up sessions provided.
  3. Class Scheduling and Changes
    While we strive to maintain a consistent schedule, all class (or event) dates and times are subject to change. We will strive to communicate any changes to the schedule in advance.
  4. Monthly Subscription Fees
    Membership fees cover a minimum of 4 scheduled 45-minute classes per month. Regardless of the number of classes attended, the monthly fee remains the same.
    • Eligible Classes: Classes included in the monthly membership fees can be viewed at Membership Events.
    • One-Time Events: Events purchased separately are not included in the membership and cover only the specific events listed at Purchased Events
  5. Payments & Refunds
    • All payments for memberships and one-time classes (or events) must be collected in advance of the service.
    • As we provide a free trial class, we generally do NOT offer refunds unless eligibility criteria are met as outlined below –
      • Refunds for memberships will only be issued in the event that WizKidz is unable to conduct a minimum of 4 scheduled classes in a given month owing to unforeseen circumstances.
      • Refunds for one-time classes (or events) will only be issued if WizKidz has canceled the class (or event) and is unable to reschedule the class (or event) for a future date.
      • Refunds will not be issued if enrollment is terminated by WizKidz for any cause, including but not limited to:
        • Violation of the code of conduct or any behavior deemed disruptive or harmful to other students, parents, or staff.
        • Breach of our terms and conditions
  6. Cancellations
    Should you choose to cancel your membership, please initiate the cancellation through the “My Membership” page here. If you need assistance, please contact us at support@wizkidzclub.com at least 7 days prior to your next billing date. No partial refunds will be provided for mid-month cancellations.
  7. Commitment to Learning
    We are dedicated to providing a good learning experience for your child. However, if at any point you feel that your child’s learning experience is not progressing as expected, please contact us at support@wizkidzclub.com so we can further assist you and your child.
